a decent experience
great location helpful staff clean room small room kitchen noise guest complaints
this hotel has a really great location i loved being so close to shopping the staff were also super helpful and kind they even helped me with my luggage the rooms were very clean i had no issues with cleanliness.
the room i got felt a little small there wasn't much space for my suitcase i also noticed some noise coming from the kitchen early each morning i was woken up around 6 am because of it there seemed to be a lot of people complaining about different things.

The hotel location is amazing with convenient access to shopping areas. The staff members are friendly and helpful to all guests.
The breakfast room felt small considering the number of people. I found the gym equipment old and somewhat worn.

the location was great. it was close to the vendome shopping area. the room included a nespresso coffee machine and complimentary evian and sparkling water bottles.
the wi-fi signal was intermittent at times, slightly inconvenient.

mixed experience near place vendôme
musty odor water leak
the location was excellent for shopping and accessing tourist sites.
before entering my room, i saw a bucket collecting dripping water just outside the door and smelled a musty odor. the next day, a leak required demolition, remediation, reconstruction, and repainting. mold and dampness permeated the room and my clothes.
